- 6 onions
- 1 cup minced pork
- 2 bacons , cut crosswise
- 1/2 cup onion ,
diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pepper powder
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons celery
, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons green
onion , chopped
- 1 cup stock
- Scoop out onion,
dice it.
- Fry bacon and chopped
onion until cooked.
- In a bowl, mix pork
with 2., salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs, celery , and green
onion.
- Beat 3. until mix
well, fill in the onion.
- Place onion on a
flameproof casserole, pour the stock, cover with wrap. Cook
about 45 minutes over 400F
- Place on a plate,
serve warm.
