Onion Stuffed

    ( serves 6)

  • 6 onions
  • 1 cup minced pork
  • 2 bacons , cut crosswise
  • 1/2 cup onion , diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons celery , chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons green onion , chopped
  • 1 cup stock
  1. Scoop out onion, dice it.
  2. Fry bacon and chopped onion until cooked.
  3. In a bowl, mix pork with 2., salt and pepper. Add bread crumbs, celery , and green onion.
  4. Beat 3. until mix well, fill in the onion.
  5. Place onion on a flameproof casserole, pour the stock, cover with wrap. Cook about 45 minutes over 400F
  6. Place on a plate, serve warm.
