Fried Rice with Pineapple
  • 5 cups steamed rice
  • 1/2 cup pork , cut lenghtwise
  • 1/2 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup pineapple , diced
  • 3 shallots , chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic , chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon suagr
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 limes
  • parsley
  1. In a saucepan, fry garlic, shallot, add pork, shrimp, salt, sugar, egg, and pepper powder until cooked.
  2. Add rice, mix well.
  3. Serve warm, garnish with parsley.
