- 5 cups steamed rice
- 1/2 cup pork , cut lenghtwise
- 1/2 cup shrimp
- 1 cup pineapple , diced
- 3 shallots , chopped
- 5 cloves garlic , chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon suagr
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 limes
- parsley
- In a saucepan, fry garlic, shallot,
add pork, shrimp, salt, sugar, egg, and pepper powder until
cooked.
- Add rice, mix well.
- Serve warm, garnish with parsley.
