- 600 g. chicken , cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon whiskey
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 30-35 toey leaves
- oil for deep-frying
- Pound garlic and blend with pepper.
- mix 1. with chicken, add soy sauce,
whiskey, sesame oil, and sugar. Let stand for 1 hour.
- Wrap chicken with toey leaf.
- Deep-fry over meduim heat temperature
until cooked. Drain on colander.
- Serve warm with sauce.

- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons black soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons white saseme, dry-roasted
- In a pot, boil sugar and water, allow
to cool.
- Add black soy sauce, syrup, salt, and
white saseme. Stir to mix well.
