- 1000 g. pork
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon whiskey
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 cups stock
- 8 green onions
- 2 sprigs coriander
- 4 cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 4 tablespoons stock
- 4 cups steamed rice
- Cut pork into 2 inches thick. Pin the
fork into it.
- In a casserole, blend pork with ketchup,
salt, soy sauce, black soy sauce, whiskey, and pepper. Let stand
for 1 hour. Rotating occasionally, until cooked.
- Roast the pork , and thinly slice.

cooked rice, top with gravy, garnish with parsley, green onion,
